Fortect Will Not Uninstall
Troubleshoot uninstall errors with Windows built-in options.

Before you begin
Confirm your Windows version and make a note of the symptom. If you are changing system files, security settings or installed software, save your work and back up important information first. Steps and menu labels can differ between versions.
Step-by-step troubleshooting
- Open Windows Settings and choose Apps, then Installed apps (or Apps & features on Windows 10).
- Find Fortect in the installed application list, choose Uninstall, and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Restart if Windows requests it and check whether the program was removed.
- If removal fails, note the exact error and use Windows built-in Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooting options where available.
How to verify the result
Repeat the original action that caused the issue. Check whether the exact error returns, whether the application responds normally, and whether Windows itself remains stable. Record any new message rather than repeating the same change without a diagnosis.
When additional help is useful
If the issue persists, collect your Windows version, application version, the exact error wording and a brief timeline of steps already attempted. For product licensing, charges, refunds and official software downloads, contact the verified seller or publisher.
